Ven.Dhammananda, being the first Theravadin bhikkhuni in Thailand, speaks at various international conferences on bhikkhuni issue. She touches on the ability of women towards enlightenment as recognized by the Buddha, bhikkhunis playing a leading role to uplift Buddhism in Taiwan, a great contribution of Buddhist women to society, etc.

    She offers a different voice repressenting the true spirit of Buddhism that is much needed during this difficult time in human history. Some of her messages speak also to international audience of Christians and Muslims.
