    Developed to meet the new syllabus requirements set by the Singapore Ministry of Education, this workbook forms one of the components of the Earth: Our Home package. It complements the textbook and reinforces what is taught there.
    This workbook is written specially for students in the Normal Academic stream.
    The workbook contains:
      - Worksheets which extend students' learning by engaging them in meaningful activities and exercises. Maps, photographs, graphic organisers and puzzles stimulate students' interest in the subject and develop their thinking skills. The activities and exercises are graded according to the cognitive skills of knowledge, comprehension and application.
      - Self Tests which allow students to practise andwering examination-style questions and involve them in self-assessment.
