English for Life is a course for the present and for the future. Written to help students develop their ability to use English and communicate effectivly with it at school and beyond, it promotes independent leaning of the language. At the end of the groundwork for mastery of the language.

    English for Life is based on the Ministry of Education's English Language Syllabus 2001 and incorporates the initiatives of National Education, Thinking Skills and Information Technology. Both the contents and approach of the course are entirely consistent with the aims, philosophy and principles of Syllabus 2001 and are built on what language acquisition research has found to be the most effective ways of learning a language.

    Each unit of the Coursebook makes use of written and spoken texts which engage the   students in interacting with one another and with their teacher. They learn grammar and vocabulary in context and develop skills in effective communication as well as in critical and creative thinking. The activities are designed to appeal both intellectually and emotionally.

    Other components of the course package for each level are a Worbook for studens and a Teacher's Guide and an audio CD specially for teachers.
