Terry Bell, a graduate from the University of Wales, UK has had a long career in teaching English to speakers of other languages, and writing English language resource materials. Most of his career has been spent with CfBT in Europe and Asia, interspersed with a short teaching stint in Perth, Western Australia. He has been involved in textbook production and more recently, he has co-ordinated multimedia teaching resources for Primary Science in English.

Kay Oxenham graduated from the University of Wales, UK and Deakin University, Australia. She has taught English to speakers of other languages in different parts of the world, including the UK and Middle East. She has extensive experience in the production of English language resource materials. She is currently teaching English at Edit Cowan University, Australia.
