About This Book

    For some people, me included, launching a new program for the first time is like driving in a strange city with no road map. Sure, you could drive around and probably find where you need to go--eventually. But you would waste a lot of time going down the wrong streets, stopping and asking for directions, and pulling over to call people for help. You get the picture.
